1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Kango's Kids of Uganda Foundation ("the Foundation") website or participating in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, donors, volunteers, and users of our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Our Mission and Platform Use

Our platform exists to facilitate community development, solicit charitable donations, and recruit volunteers for our work in rural Uganda. You agree to use this site strictly for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of this site by, any third party.

3. Donations and Financial Transactions

We are deeply grateful for your financial support. When making a donation:

• All payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if an error was made in the donation amount or frequency, please contact us within 7 days, and we will review the request under applicable laws.
• While we strive to honor donor preferences for specific programs (e.g., Education Support), we reserve the right to redirect funds to where they are most urgently needed if a specific program becomes overfunded or impossible to execute.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—including photography, text, logos, graphics, and video materials—is the exclusive property of Kango's Kids of Uganda Foundation or our content providers. The sensitive nature of our work, particularly concerning vulnerable children, means that copying, downloading, or redistributing our imagery without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

5. Volunteer and Partnership Applications

Submitting an application to volunteer or partner with us does not guarantee acceptance. The Foundation reserves the right to screen, vet, and reject applications to ensure the safety and security of the communities we serve.
